David Ward MP has stated that “Jews, who suffered unbelievable levels of persecution during the Holocaust, could within a few years of liberation from the death camps be inflicting atrocities on Palestinians in the new State of Israel and continue to do so on a daily basis in the West Bank and Gaza.” He made the comments on his official website, yesterday having signed a book of support for the day of remembrance in the House of Commons.
To make matters worse, Guido Fawkes’ blog has uncovered a photo of Ward standing next to a poster emblazoned with a swastika.
