Stephen Lennon (aka Tommy Robison, Paul Harris) has been jailed for 10 months after being caught using false passport. He was caught when customs officials at JFK airport took his fingerprints and realised he was not Mr McMaster. Lennon was asked to attend a second interview but left the airport, entering the US illegally. He stayed one night in the US and then travelled back to the UK the following day using his own legitimate passport, which has the name Paul Harris.
In early 2012, Hope not Hate reported that Lennon was filmed telling a Muslim security guard that he was from Norway and he will “shoot him”, in reference to Anders Breivik:
In a late night drinking binge in Luton town centre, Lennon was caught on camera telling a security guard to “f*** off”. When the man, who was simply walking past, said that not all Muslims were bad, Lennon replied “No I know they’re not all bad, just most of them.” Then, as Lennon was about to walk away he said “I’m only joking … Other than Breivik coz he’ll shoot ‘em al.” Smiling into the camera Lennon boasted “I’m from Norway and I’ll shoot you” – a clear identification with Norwegian mass murderer Anders Breivik.
Lennon has previously stated:
“Every single Muslim watching this on Youtube on 7/7, you got away with killing and maiming British citizens, you got away with it. You had better understand that we have built a network from one end of this country to the other end, and we will not tolerate it, and the Islamic community will feel the full force of the English Defence League if we see any of our citizens killed, maimed or hurt on British soil ever again.”

Stephen Lennon is leader of the EDL. He is a convicted football hooligan and former BNP member who has been imprisoned for assaulting an off-duty police officer. The EDL was set up by Alan Ayling, a Christian evangelical. He is believed to remain the chief financier of the organisation.
The EDL is made up of an assortment of racists, anti-Muslim religious extremists, football hooligans and fascists. Whilst the EDL leadership has been at pains to claim it is not a racist organisation, most of its leadership were either members of the BNP, or are linked to members of fascist organisations.
The EDL has organised over 80 events since its formation. Most have seen violence. Hundreds of people have been arrested on EDL-related events.
EDL supporters have been involved in arson attacks on mosques and brutal attacks on individuals. In Stoke-on-Trent EDL supporters were sent to prison for trying to burn down a mosque. Two EDL supporters were convicted of murder in Lincoln. At a demonstration in Dagenham EDL supporters viciously attacked two local Muslim men who happened to wander past.
Many EDL supporters regularly call for attacks on Muslims and mosques. Here are some examples:
“f*** em (sic), i (sic) hope they rot in pieces” Jonathan Simon on the Norway victims
“I’ve probably said it once or twice toniGHT (sic) but I’m going to say it again IFCKING HATE PA**’S (SIC)” Paul Duffy (NEI)
“Want to be in London kicking the s*** out of those dirty Muslim c***!!!” Ben English Green (Ipswich)
“I am prepared to sacrifice my life for England! anyone else? am (sic) looking for SEMTEX, any ideas where to get it from?” (Robin Walmsley, after Breivik massacre)
